The environment is foreign, the attendants are unknown, the rules are paramount, and you have very little control over what happens to you and your baby.

Aka - "Hospital Lite"
Birth centers offer more personal, relational maternity care, while also foundationally are still obstetric by nature, and are required to adhere to hospital-like protocols. These protocols increase your chance of risking-out and transporting to the hospital for a wide variety of unnecessary reasons.

Home Birth
While we support a women's intuition and autonomy around her own birth and who she would like to attend her - there is a hidden cost to being alone or hiring an unskilled provider. Every birth is uncharted territory with the possibility of catastrophic outcome. There is immense potential value in hiring someone who has deep experience with that unknowable territory.

We work together as a team, so each of our clients gets two solid attendants throughout their entire experience, eliminating the uncertainty of who will be attending the birth.

Collectively, we have over 70 years of maternity and birth experience.

Additionally, we are both deeply dedicated to comprehensive, ethical care. You can rest assured that we will show up when we say we will, with diligence, integrity, and open communication.
1 / Basic Care - $8,000

Comprehensive in-person review of birth history, with witnessing and validation.

All of the Hospital Birth Consulting services plus:

Distance
All packages will include an additional fee for distances longer than 1hr 15 minutes from your primary helper. Fee will be decided on a case by case basis, starting at $500.
